I Forgot My Password...and other answers to Frequently Asked Questions regarding support.lawson.com.

I forgot my password (or user ID) for support.lawson.com; how do I get it reset?
Contact the Security Administrator at your organization to get your password reset (or a reminder of your user ID). If you don't know who your Security Administrator is, send an email to support.webmaster@lawson.com and we will forward the email to your organization's Security Administrator.

How do I get access to support.lawson.com?
Access to this web site is available to current Lawson customers. Access at the company level is provided by Lawson once a contract is signed; access at the individual level is provided by one or more designated individuals at the customer organization -- we call this role the Security Administrator. Once Lawson has given access to your company and your company has assigned a Security Administrator, then that person will be able to give you access to support.lawson.com.

How do I know if my company has access?
You can talk to someone at your company who is familiar with your Lawson account, or send an email to support.webmaster@lawson.com and we will track down that information.

What does MyLawson.com have to do with support.lawson.com?
MyLawson.com is our new customer web site and will replace support.lawson.com. Both sites will continue to run in tandem through February 2009. All the information and functionality from support.lawson.com has been moved to MyLawson.com. Your user ID and password for support.lawson.com will give you access to MyLawson.com.

I have access to TellUs; does that mean I have access to support.lawson.com?
Possibly. TellUs and support.lawson.com are different systems with different access procedures. Your company may have access to support.lawson.com if you purchased any S3 or HCM products, or if you purchased any additional M3 products since June 2008. We are combining all of our customer-facing sites into a single site called MyLawson.com. The final steps of this combination will take place in late 2009.

I have access to the VasTech customer site; does that mean I have access to support.lawson.com?
Possibly. Your company may have access to support.lawson.com if you purchased any S3 or HCM products, or if you purchased any M3 products since June 2008. As noted above, we are combining all customer-facing sites into a single site called MyLawson.com. The final steps of this combination will take place in late 2009.

I use Lawson M3 products; why don't I have access to support.lawson.com?
This site is a legacy-Lawson site that was built to support customer needs for S3 products. It provides access to S3 product downloads, S3 product information, S3 product patches, S3 product documentation, the S3 case management system, training, etc. There is very little information useful to users of M3 products. As mentioned above, we are combining all customer-facing sites into a single site (MyLawson.com), which will have more M3 product-specific information.
